To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide a full postal address, including pin code, email id, and contact number when placing your order. We encourage you to double-check your pin-code and contact number for accuracy.
If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our GirKesar warehouse within 3 working days. Expect delivery within 3-5 working days after dispatch.
In case some of the ordered items are out of stock, we will notify you and refund the amount for the unavailable product if paid in advance. The refund process will be initiated within 10 working days from the date the order was placed. The remaining products in the order will be shipped as usual.
Our delivery partners operate from Monday to Saturday, between 9 am and 7 pm. Please note that these working days do not include public holidays and Sundays. Delivery times can be influenced by factors beyond our control such as unforeseen delays from our delivery partners due to weather conditions or strikes.
